[LOGic] Setting Up Olivia Mode

This was not to expand the fields but to check to see if you had a band
segment set for SSB for 6M.

Ok. When I go to 'Tools/Setup/Log Fields, Spotting and Awards Tracking' and
then go to 'Mode' it doesn't let me change the width. The box is grayed 
out.
