[LOGic] LOGic file upload to eQSL

You could do 2 things.
1. Don't un-check anything... create an ADIF file for your whole log and 
upload it to eqsl. Don't use Logics "automatic" eqsl upload.
2. Use the mass change function and set the eqsl upload flag to .F.
