[LOGic] New Version

Actually, the very good free programs out there are also be a problem.
It's drastically reduced the number of available customers willing to
lay out over 100ドル for a logging program.
As for modernization... The program has more features than any logging
program I am aware of. (Perhaps a band map for spots would be nice...
it's the only significant missing feature I can think of.) If anything
it has too many features which make it high maintenance.
The product has reached maturity... there is no reason for frequent
updates. At some point it might be better to move to a nominal annual
maintenance charge like Writelog does... to get access to the small
fixes and updates that we are presently getting for free. The
alternative is that the program will eventually be abandoned unless
Dennis wins the Lottery. Even then, he might be too busy spending the
money ;-)
My guess is if Dennis does release a version 9 it may be the last major
release. The job is done.
