[LOGic] dup entries

Thanks for the idea, Mel. But there isn't a way in the basic
import/export to remove anything (just tried it - I hadn't thought of
it, so it was worth a shot), which means I'd have to manually edit the
ADIF file to fix the problem. We're talking thousands of Q's to go
through here, so that isn't a good option.
