Jim Reisert, AD1C has maintained country files for contesting software since
early 1994.
This is a major effort and the updates are available before every major
contest.
See http://www.country-files.com/
These files would not work for a daily logger because they do not contain
start and stop dates. Additionally, the contesting country files contain
information pertinent to a particular contest and the volume of changes
would overwhelm the logic prefix database.
DX paper chasing requires a lot of work, read the DX bulletins and update
your country files as needed.
