[LOGic] Backup Strategy

It's a VERY useful feature because it's transactional... you can undo
inadvertent changed by retrieving the appropriate ADIF records. Great if
you delete a record by mistake, for example. At some point you might
want to save the old file and start a new one... perhaps every few
months. Simply done by renaming the file (when Logic is not running).
You can also write the safety file to a flash drive or second disk drive
which gives additional protection.
