[LOGic] Re: LF not in the VE PROV list Error Message : Resolved

Thank you. I updated the Prefix Table and Lists to reflect the change of 
status to "NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR".
Google search revealed that the governmental decree to rename the 
Province was in December 2001.
I also found that the "LF not in the VE PROV list" error ocurred because 
the "VE PROV" value in the logform had not been filled in.
Everything works now.
