[LOGic] Com port locks up still

Hi David:
Yes, I eliminated that from consideration earlier in the process by 
running 'msconfig' and preventing startup programs from running. It 
still locked up. But you know my AVG Antivirus was still running. Hmmm 
... I wonder. I'll knock it out for awhile and see if that helps.
