In the help file, under the INDEX tab, type in "network". There, you will
find detailed instructions on using Logic on multiple computers.
Hope that helps...

Subject: [LOGic] LOGic8 Networking
I'm in the process of setting up a second operating
position in the shack (for various reasons)
I'm a long time user of LOGic, I've always used it
stand alone (as it was designed, I'm sure) on my PC.
As I prepare the second computer and get the network
established between computer #1 and #2, I need some
general guidance on using LOGic8 from both computers
(never at the same time) but updating and using the
one common database. (My multi user/contest situation
will be implemented with N1MM) I want to be able to
do casual operation from either station and access the
one common LOGic8 DB.
I don't need a step by step explanation on how to do
anything in particular, just some general guidance on
a strategy to pursue.
Thanks, Marty / W4MY
