[LOGic] VHF contest

I know about N1MM but I'm not much of a contester I only participate in
a couple of VHF contests a year. I didn't want to make a big deal out of
it since LOGic had the log forms in it already. If can figure out how to
handle the rover dups problem it's quite adequate for my limited
purpose.
