[LOGic] Tables Update for FJ

I have played around with both Logic7 and Logic8, moving backups 
between both, on several machines that had either no updates or 
manual updates to the Prefix table and the Valid Values table.
 From what I can tell, the backup only moves the logs back and forth, 
and does nothing with the tables.
The table update did fix some other older stuff just fine, like 
Montenegro, etc. so if you will just re-do the manual tables entries 
for FJ (after installing the table update), like Mel Martin outlined 
in his e-mail of 12/20, I think you will be fine.
Just a reminder, the misc. value on the DXCC Valid Values entry is 
516, as stated in Bill Moore's blog of December 19th.
