Dupe the FJ record again and change the key from FS to FJ and remove the
end-date and add a beginning-date of Dec 14, 2007
Restart logic.

I deleted the FJ from St Martin, added to St. Barthelemy as a new DX entity
to the DXCC tables using the info from the DXpedition's web site, then
modified the list of valid values accordingly.
