Jeff,
I misunderstood what you meant by "wrong size" in your last post. I had
never actually tried to resize the windows from the default size.
You are absolutely right, The same thing does happen here. I have not yet
found any setting which changes this behavior and I am beginning to suspect
that for the windows to behave the way you want, Dennis will have to change
the code.

Ever since I updated to version 8.0.63, I cannot get the Callbook window to
open. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

As for your second question, I am running version 8.0.65 and that problem
does not happen here. Both windows and the spot log return to their last
position.
I would reinstall the 8.0.65 update and see if the problem recurs.

Two Issues:
1. How come the map doesn't "remember" it's previous location each time the
program is booted. I seem to have to move it to where I want it every time I
boot the program because it doesn't hold its place like the other forms do.
Anyone got any solution for this?
2. Each time I boot the program, the internet spotting window (I set it for
DX Summit) comes up minimized and I have to drag it to the size I want.
Anyone got a solution for this little annoyance?
Happy holidays to the user group.

Hello,
I was playing around with LOGic v8 this afternoon and made a mistake.
I imported my log from eqsl.net and it imported many duplicate QSO's,
2549 to be exact. I do not feel like going through 10,000 QSO's and
deleting the duplicate QSO's. I ran DELDUPES.PRG v1.2 and here's what
I got:
Backup of log placed in C:\LOGIC8\TMP\DUPELOG.BAK
Extracting unique QSOs...
2549 duplicates removed
Putting duped entries back in log
What is the next step in order to remove the 2549 dupes? or am I in
trouble and will have to manually remove the dupes?
Happy Holiday to all!
Thanks, Vin

Loading "65" (I had been running "63") did nothing to help the problem.
The DX Summit spotting window still comes up the wrong size and I have to
re-size it every time I load the program. The map still comes up in the
wrong place on the screen and I have to move it to where I want it. Thanks
for trying.
Anyone else got any ideas?
