[LOGic] LOGic 8 Install Problem

True Win 98 is a very poor OP Sys... However, James' computer is a bit shy
of what it takes to run XP 
What he needs to do is
1. Run Scandisk to fix any file system corruption
2. run the logic Clean utility.
