[LOGic] Spotlog Intermittently Fails to Suppress Previously Worked Stations

Sorry, I wasn't very clear on the configuration here.
I normally run with "show all" unchecked, and spot level as "QSL has been 
received."
When you run with the show all mode enabled, those stations you worked 
before in that band/mode are color coded blue, and that works as advertised 
(even though advertised as red).
I run the show spot as needed period as 120 days, although it probably 
should be much longer, considering how long it takes to get a card.
The spots that are re-posted are only a few hours to days old.
