[Logic] QSLO Report : QSL Sent but not Received

Rich,
When you send a QSL, QSL_SENT is set to "F", but QSL_RECD is not set to "R".
If you modify the report to look for QSL_SENT = "F" .AND. QSL_RECD <> "F"
(returning both R and nil) it should work.
