Mike, Go to Tools menu, Setup and Prefix Table.
Choose DX Prefix and you can change CQ and ITU Zone there.

Ok I give up. I know that there is a way to update your log (Logic6) with
the CQ and ITU zones. I remember using that function before but now I can't
find it. Can someone point me in the right direction please?! Thanks, Mike
