[Logic] Posting attachments to messages

Attachments have never been permitted on any reflectors sponsored by QTH.NET
This is done to prevent any viruses from entering the system.
If you wish to send an attachment to a subscriber, you will need to do so
directly and not through the reflector.
Any change in this regard is no within my control and has been the policy of
the sponsor for many years.
