[Logic] user fields Logic7

Hi Folks, Happy New Year to all Logic users.
I want to set up 2 fields on my log. 1 called 'award' the other one
'award mode'. I want to track qsl cards seperatly for dxcc, was, wae iota.
And also for ssb, cw and rtty.
I set up under tool, setup, logfields. I 'added' a new userfield called
'award' and the second one 'award mode'. I used character, edit using lists,
width 2.Under award tracking I clicked 'track'.
I then went to lists and added a new field name 'award'. Under Value I put
'DXCC'. I clicked the + button and added IOTA, clicked the + button and
added WAS.
I then put the fields in the log by unhiding them (user field 12 and 13).
I went through 49 cards in log and from the dropdown menu's clicked DXCC
under Award and SSB under Award Mode.
I now want to print these off so into Awards report, Awards, DXCC, finish,
Award value. From the run report options I click filter and next to Award
type DXCC. Click the filter icon and it shows only 28 contacts.
Back to the log, and I click the Filter Icon and type in the DXCC next to
the Award User field. Click the # icon and get 49 qso's.
Using LOGic7 ver 7.0.129
What am I doing wrong???
hope you can help - it must be something stupid I'm doing !!
