[Logic] "Table has no order set" error msg

Well, I sort of solved my own problem -- the hard way. I reinstalled a
fresh copy of LOGic7 in another directory and then imported relevant
files. All seems to be working OK now, except that the SMIRK list
download keeps aborting with an end of file error message.
