[Logic] Move to Spot Frequency with Orion

Bob,
I also use Logic with the Orion. I rarely use Logic to set the rig to a 
frequency, so I had not noticed the problem you mentioned. I have played 
with it for a few minutes and find a similar problem. VFO A is set 
correctly and the main receiver is set to VFO A. The transmit is 
sometimes set to VFO A and sometimes to VFO B. VFO B stays on whatever 
frequency it was previously. Occasionally the transmit is turned off.
