[LOGic] Update Woes!

I fixed this problem. It actually had nothing to do with the latest 
update, expect for timing. The culprit was some synchronization 
software that had erased most of the files in the logdata directory as 
well as the logforms subdirectory. Luckily, I had set it to make backup 
copies of files that were deleted and I restored from there. I've 
reset the backup options so that this deletion of files won't happend again.
