[Logic] QSL routes question

When importing the PDA QSL Route list from the internet two options are 
presented:
1.) Updates from the last month
2.) The full list
Does Updates from the last month mean EXACTLY what it says or will it 
update several months at a time, i.e., everything since the last time I 
updated it from the internet? I checked the Help Files on this but the 
files are a bit outdated with respect to Logic 7.
