[Logic] SWL reporting and printing

Hi folks,
 Got alot of SWL cards in last bunch received from buro. Set up a user
field for SWL. Typed the SWL's callsign in normal callsign field and
proceeded as normal, marking (I) for card received. Typed the callsign he
heard me working in SWL Field. Put a message in comment field thanking him
for his card etc.
Right ok
Now when I print labels the call sign in the SWL field or the message in the
Comment field are not on label. and the label says 'YOUR RS(T) 59 !!!!
What or where am I gone wrong??????
Using version 7.0.110
Any advice appreciated!!
