[Logic] QSL Card Design

Carl, go to Reports -> Modify Reports Layout -> Choose the Report that
contains the card you wish to modify (e.g. QSL Cards -3 per sheet) when the
form opens click on the Report-Layout window. Right click on the image an
Select "Properties" The Report Picture window will open. Select the file and
choose "OK" the image file will be copied to the card.
