[Logic] Rotor Control Head

Yes Mel I am speaking about forms. The rotor control form will not come up
over the spot log and it used to. I have checked the spot log form and it is
not checked for always on top. In fact I'm able to get the log form to come
on top of the spot log.
This used to work and in fact works on my notebook where I have LOGic 7
installed as well. It seems something has happened to make it stop.
BTW what do you think about my idea of being able to select rotors from the
spot log?
