[Logic] DXCC reports

OK Julio -- glad you got it working. On the Awards Report screens take a 
look as you are going through them and when you get to the one titled 
"Tag marking submitted cards" look at the notes. It states that whatever 
you type into the box on this screen is what Logic will use to mark the 
cards as submitted. So, I imagine when you typed DXCCSUB in there the 
first time you forgot to type the : at the end. You could actually use 
anything you want but it is easier to use the suggested marker from 
Logic. That way in these types of discussions it is easier to explain, 
hi. No matter what you use you are required to type the : at the end of
