[Logic] Multiple Icom Rigs and CT-17 Level Converter

And they are both connected to the same CI-V bus? That's VERY interesting...
with the older radios, they definitely did follow each other... that is why
the setting is called "transceive"... I wonder if there are some additional
settings in the newer rigs... I suppose it would be possible to program the
interface to ignore "broadcast" packets... I guess I'll have to trade in one
of my "classics" to find out...
