I just used a y adapter with the W1GEE interface and it worked with the =
706
and 756.

Thanks Mel,
This is exactly the problem, the Icoms are not being polled by LOGic =
unless
both have "CI-V Transceive" enabled. Not a problem when I only had the =
746,
now its a problem with both the 746 and the 756 when using one CT-17
converter.
Julio suggested setting the baud rate differently on one, will let you =
all
know if that works. If not, guess I'll either get the W1GEE interface =
or
just wait for the final fix from Dennis. Speaking of Dennis, anyone =
have
news on LOGic 7 ??
Thanks all (Julio, Darrell, and Mel) !!

This isn't addressing the problem he's reporting Darrell. His radios are
working fine... He wants the radios not to track each other... But they
will by Icom design if they are able to talk to each other and cover the
same modes/frequencies. It's a limitation in the present Icom driver
which relies on setting the "transceive" mode in the CI-V interface,
unless there are some new options in the very latest Icom radios'
firmware that I'm unaware of.
