[Logic] LOTW error message

Thanks for the reply Jim. I did a recount (something we're used to in Fl)
and here is the text from line 16.
QSO_DATE<={^2002年01月08日}
Looks the same as the first file I uploaded. Any ideas what could be wrong
with it?
