[Logic] ADIF Export Time Settings ?

I just noticed that LOGic 5 ADIF's are only in HH:MM format, while all of
the LOGic log times are in HH:MM:SS format.
This is causing all kind of problems for me with LoTW by making dupes
out of my original contest ADIF files created with CT (HH:MM:SS format).
LoTW finds 2 times for the same Q, say one at 13:02:24 from CT and 13:02
from LOGic. LoTW then interprets the 13:02 as 13:02:00 and dumps the real
Q with the time of 13:02:24.
Is there a setting for 6 digit time instead of 4 digit time in ADIF export ?
