[Logic] Force bulk update from QRZ.com?

You could use the qrznet32.zip file to get a set of files that do online
lookup form QRZ and then use bulk update but these fireless are old and
perhaps not available any more and you still don't get what QRZ dose not
have, but it is a really good start. Lacking that, just buy a CD of a good
Call Book and use batch update. If you have a LOT of entries, it will be
more than wroth it.
