Mel,
Your a genius, thought I tried this but must have been caught-up in a senior
moment (an all too often occurrence lately, hi). I know I had the RTS/DTR
toggled as well, and the stop bits at 2. Guess I let my frustration get the
best of me. Anyways, all works perfectly, or "tickety-boo" !!!
Really appreciate your help on this !!!
Hope you enjoyed the BBQ !!

OK I'm using 3 Icoms... 2 on a CT-17 on one on a W1GEE... Everything is
tickety-boo...
Here is what I would suggest...
Use 9600 baud 1 stop bit no parity... Don't use autobaud on the radio
Makes sure that the CI-V transceive option is enabled...
Make sure the IC731/735 option is disabled
Do not toggle RTS or DTR for the CT-17
Use ICOM775 driver for the first rig
Use the ICOM775_NOBUS driver for the second rig THIS IS IMPORTANT IF
USING 2 COM PORTS
Everything should now work...
You are not a dufus ;-) The Icom configuration is weird in Logic... But
I think Dennis just needs some feedback from Icom users... He can't
afford to buy all the rigs he supports ;-) Hang in, he is already
making some improvements...
