Hi Jim:
At present LoTW will only accept QSO on or after 01/10/1998 so if you are trying
to include any 1998 QSO's LoTW will kick you out when you try to upload your .TQ8
file.
Create your ADIF file as Art Tan described and set the export date for after 01 Jan 1998.
I had to do this as my log went back to the 1970's. Worked FB.
I'm not sure about Hawaii, may be a bug, remember that this is just a Beta test
Your error line 21 may be due to your date range. In any case use notepad or wordpad
to view your ADIF file and look at line 21 for something abnormal.
I've got about 6000 Q's loaded into LoTW since June. Works great once you get past the
initial startup.
