I look up Czech Republic and it still list Czech as OK with that as a Prefix, I know it is a cold War Prefix.

One other thing. You can verify the correct being/end dates by going
to the ARRL's website, click on the on-line version of the DXCC list
and read the notes attached. They should state when such-and-such a
prefix was deleted or began counting for a particular entity.
