[Logic] Contest re-Score and log windows

Hi Art,
I'm good with the rescore when you exit and re-enter, thanks. For some
reason I just don't remember (could be the ole bean not functioning) losing
the log windows during a rescore, it may very well be the norm. I may be
dreaming that they came back after the rescore was complete.......maybe it
was a wish that they would come back instead of having to open them manually
again.

I think this is the standard behavior. LOGic needs to close the form
to properly rescore the contest.
One thing that must be remembered: if you're using a contest logform,
then exit the program, and then come back to a contest logform, make
sure you rescore - otherwise dupe checking will NOT work properly even
though the scoring may be okay.
