Hi there Dennis...
Just recently back after being off the air several months and have been
tweaking LOGIC6. And having some problems:
1) Having pretty frequenc crashes, for no known reason. Attached file is a
screen shot of what happened during one of them. Any suggestions?
2) I have discovered the new "Callbook From Web" feature. With RAC going
away, I can see this being real handy. But:
a) Can't get it to automatically search for a callsign when a new one is
enteretd in the log window. Have set up to allow only QRZ.COM. It will
manually do a search if I type it all in but I thought it would auto search
(the way the CD-based callbooks did?). I have disabled CD-ROM based
callbooks; cannot find an option to select web based callbopok, but did set
up the database search for that function.
b) I would like to shrink the size of this window some. Have reduced font
size to 8 point regular, but the window is still taking up too much real
estate on my monitor. Yes, I dragged the corners down to "max shrink", and
have hidden the web display, but still too large.
Any suggestions?
