[Logic] Window state and position

Logic 6 6.0.119
Windows XP Home edition SP1.
512 Megs RAM P3 500Mhz
Some window positions and states do not get saved. For instance, if I
minimize the Log Browse, it goes to the little minimized window inside the
main window. When I restart Logic it is still in that state but when I
restore it does not restore to the previous location form which it was
minimized but rather is toward the bottom of the screen and partly hidden.
On the other hand, the spot log does restore to the correct position.
I mentioned before that the map does not stay minimized when you restart but
comes back up again. I mention this again since I did not include my working
conditions at the top of that post.
Are there some settings I can use or is this normal behavior?
