[Logic] 10-10 and IOTA lists

After using LOGic 5 for so long, I forgot how I set up the drop down menus
for the IOTA list and 10-10 list. I transferred my log form from LOGic 5 to
LOGic 6 so I don't have to go through the whole creation again.
I have the 1999 IOTA disk, but the install routine is not in LOGic 6 (or at
least I haven't found it). In LOGic 5, the disk said to run "INSTIOTA.FXP".
As far as the 10-10 list goes, I can't remember the slightest thing on how I
set it up! HELP!
As you can probably tell, LOGic 6 arrived today (great shipping time). It
looks like it will be really good once I get past a few of my set-up issues.
