[Logic] Praise and a question

It is nice to have powerful filters in this program!
I updated my log with things from eqsl.cc, BIG MISTAKE, some field were not
filled that are checked to remove duplicates.
I was in luck in the all the frequency fields of the duplicates were 0 so I
used a Freq not equal zero to export and then I had the real qsoes.
I first tried though to use the time on filed which had nothing in the
seconds field but could not get a filter that would work.
What would be the expression to export only records that had seconds in the
time on
eg 15:34:45 should go
 15:34: should not go
I tried pattern match but could not figure what characters to use.
I thought ??:??:?? would work but got nothing exported?
