[Logic] CallBook from WEB

The WEB support in logic (PARDON MY FRENCH) Sucks.
It is slow and shows the advertisements and does not copy automatically.
This thing will ct EXACTLY like you have the actual CDROM on the machine and
are doing it that way except it is always up to date since it gets it from
the Web but the program does not know that.
