Are you using another logging program for contesting? The way LOGic's
SS logform is set up, you get a drop-down menu for the ARRL Section so
you don't really need to type anything.

Unfortunately, LIST OF VALID VALUES is not set up like PREFIX TABLE
where you can enter in multiple calls, prefixes, etc.
Couple of approaches:
If you're importing an ADIF log, use a text editor and change all the
"MD" sections to "MDC." I know, this sounds like a pain but it does
work...Along the same lines, if you've already imorted the data, go to
Tools|Export|ADIF and hit the expression builder key. One of the nice
features of LOGic 6is that it now uses the familiar Filter menu here
whereas hitting the same button in LOGic 5 would give you the
"Expression Builder" menu (which frankly, was not nearly as easy to
use). Anyway, you can easily pick out the relevant QSO data by date and
time and Contest ID, etc; export those; and use a text editor to search
and replace the relevant "MD" sections like I explained above.
Another way...use Tools|Advanced|Database commands?
Hope this gives you some idea on how to attack the problem without
having to manually change every single MD entry to MDC. (I've been
there...)
