Currently, when doing a Backup or Restore, you can't navigate to other
directories or drives a la Tools|Edit a Text File or
Tools|Import/Export.
(By the way, one of the neat features of LOGic 6 is that it will
remember your last subdirectory used such that you don't have to go find
it again next time you edit a text file, import, or export a file. In
LOGic 5 it would start out at c:\LOGic5 or wherever the LOGic home
directory was located each time.)
Anyway, I've asked Dennis before about making Tools|Backup and
Tools|Restore more like Tools|Edit a Text File. He indicated maybe in a
future version...If you like the idea, send him an email supporting it.
I already have.
In the meantime, you might simply have to backup to your hard drive and
then through Network Neighborhood, copy and paste the file to your
remote drive.
Hope this helps. Enjoy LOGic 6!
