[Logic] Screen bugs in V6

I have exactly the same windows focus problem. Printing QSL cards is 
another window that won't come forward. Thought at first it was video 
drivers but doesn't seem to be the case. Don't have this problem in R5 so 
it could be specific to V6. I'm running Windows XP which may or may not 
be related. The only workaround I've found so far is to make sure all the 
other Windows are minimized before bringing up the offending ones.
