[Logic] Wish LIST-Tracking Spots

I would like to be able to track a call or DX from the Spot LOG similar to 
what can be done in TRX Manager:
TRX-Manager allows you to automatically track of up to five particular 
callsigns ; it may be Dxpedition stations or only a part of a callsign 
(prefix or suffix).
Initializing the tracking is made via the DX Tracking dialog box opened from 
the Tools/DX Tracking submenu. You have to define the full callsign or a 
field to track.
When the field or the callsign is found through the DX Cluster spots or the 
Web Cluster spots, a dialog box appears and allows you instant QSY. You may 
associate the opening of this dialog box and a sound announcement.
