[Logic] What are these? What do they represent?

Some are obvious like DXCC, CQZ, and ARRL SECT. The others probably
help you track certain awards. If you don't track those awards, don't
worry about it. Don't delete them as you may change your mind about
those awards one day.

You can always backup the .dbf files as Zip files and indeed, this is
a good idea, especially with your List of Valid Values and Prefix
Table. However, you can't compress and use it at the same time.
