Anyone have a copy of this file: qrz32net.zip? I have looked on the major
search engines without success. Or, if you know where to find it, that
would
be helpful.
ciao,

1. Find qrz32net.zip on the web.
2. Back up your dll files for Ham call, QRZ and Buckmaster form /logic6
directory
3. Expand qrz32net.zip inot \logic6 allowing all the files to expand
4. Set up the CALLBOOK just as though you really had the CDROM. For at least
Buckmaster and RAC it works perfectly.
I suspect that QRZ MAY work if you put a dummy callbook.exe file in the
directory but I have not tested it. Even Batch update works this way
although slow if you have too many to update but you could set a date
criteria to update new ones. You might have to answer some error message and
tell it to continue. I got same bad date decoding but it did continue and
did update the others.
You will have to decide for yourself if this is an ethical operation but
Dennis has nothing to do with it here so he is clean in any case.
