Steve,
This is a problem with Fox pro & Microsoft> Dennis know of it
and I described this problem 3 months ago in LOGic 5.
Acording to Dennis Fox pro has a problem reading numbers above 65k.
I had hope there would be some kind of fix in LOGic 6.
Dennis subjested I turn off the "Edit Mode" for the 1010# look up. You
must
go into "Values Awards" under setup and turn off the 'Edit list' flag for
the
1010# field. This helps and the only problem I have on occasion is when I
get a number
not in the table. I have to add it to the list by hand or wait for an
updated 1010# list,
usually out by the end of the first week of each month.
Another problem you may run into is if you enter the a contact who is
portable with a
number. Like WB2JRI/5 OR KH6/WB2JRI, You must enter in the contact under
his regular
call and edit his portable statics after.
