Roland,
I hope you backup your logs data before you added the
numbers.
I am using LOGic 5 and the first time I tried to add the 1010# data to
LOGic
it for some reason corrupted the list table. It wasn't a problem since I
had my log
data backup for the month.
Inspect you list table for the 1010# and make shore that the numbers were
added to the list correctly.
On average Dennis takes about a week or so to answer email, must have
tons
since LOGic 6 came out. YOU did use the utility in the provided to add
numbers?
I make a backup zip of the list table when ever I add 1010# to avoid this
problem, which only
happened the one time.
One other thing you must add the following, but befor you do read the
LOGic 6 help to see if
Dennis has an up dated verison of the following command. I am hopeing the
he will come up
with a better command which will correct some problems.
If you don't see a updated verison of the 1010# look up, add this line
to
"Copy From Prefix Table" Goto Log >Setup add below to and enty spot.
MAKE_TAG("1010#:", GETLISTVALUE("1010#", LOG.CALL))
