[Logic] Serial cards

Good Morning,
I just bought a new 2.0ghz computer and it only has two serial ports...My
old one had a card I bought that made it 4 serial ports but the tech said no
way would it fit in the new computer, something about the ISA was different
or something of that sort...Anyways, is there a card that can be bought for
these new computers that gives you more serial ports? Lots of things to plug
into them...Rotor, radio, rig blaster, etc.....He says he cant find one but
I dont think he is looking very hard....Any info would be helpful. Make,
brand, where to buy etc....
